DMCA & Copyright Policy

How to send Zoryflix a copyright notice under the DMCA and what happens after we receive it.

Zoryflix respects the rights of copyright owners and responds to notices sent under the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA) and equivalent laws in the United Kingdom and Canada.

Sending a notice

If you believe material available through this website infringes a copyright you own or are authorised to act for, send a written notice through our contact page with:

  • Your full name, postal address, telephone number and email address.
  • A description of the copyrighted work you believe has been infringed.
  • The exact URL or other information that lets us locate the material.
  • A statement that you have a good-faith belief that the use is not authorised by the owner, its agent or the law.
  • A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information in the notice is accurate and that you are the owner or authorised to act for the owner.
  • Your physical or electronic signature.

What we do next

We review every complete notice and, where it is valid, remove or disable access to the material identified, normally within 72 hours. We may forward the notice to the person who supplied the material.

Counter-notice

If you believe material was removed by mistake, you may send a counter-notice the same way with your contact details, the material removed and its former location, and a statement under penalty of perjury that you believe it was removed in error.

Repeat infringers

Accounts of customers who repeatedly infringe the rights of others will be closed.
